Well, I think more useful would be the dog fighting bots...they actually
aren't too bad. 

In terms of bots...not sure if it's useful, but I remeber some bots
for download at:

ftp://ftp.risc.uni-linz.ac.at/pub/netrek/bin.misc/robot-def.tar.gz

Three bots: 'dog', 'og', and 'base'.
