Record game command for INL robot

I figured a little communication wouldn't hurt.  I'd like to implement
a command for the INL robot where the two captains could elect to
record the game with Cambot.  This file would then get saved with the
other files at game end.

This command would be enabled via sysdef, with the default to off.

Speaking of sysdef, wouldn't it be nice if each robot would load it's
own sysdef file?  The current one is overloaded.
