Training server

Hey guys,

Dave Ahn mentioned an idea a while back in r.g.n. about a training
server that would have robots to maintain a 6 on 6 game
(http://www.deja.com/getdoc.xp?AN=478386766).  This would give newbies
a place to learn the mechanics of the game.

The hardest part about this idea is get a robot to play normal netrek.
I didn't want to start from scratch, so I contacted Brian Paulsen
about letting us have the FreeBot source, a robot that used to play on
bigbang in 1996.  He has agreed to this and is willing to help with
any changes we might make.

Bob, I told him to put the source on ftp.us.netrek.org/pub/Incoming.
I hope that's ok.  He'll put it up tonight after work.

So to get this training server up and running we need two things to
happen:

1) Get FreeBot to perform to our liking (probably make it play smarter
and dogfight weaker).

2) Get a robot like Puck or INL working to watch the queues and
start/quit robots as necessary, and maybe try and spew out helpful
messages to newbies.
