Really, Carlos?  I thought the 'o' request was handled immediately by
the ntserv rather than at the next update.

Tom's point is valid, but the game isn't just for good players.  If
we've changed the dynamics of the game without consultation as a result
of our change to the default update rate, I think the community has a
right to ask for it to change back.

I think I prefer twinks who lock on planets like that to have a fighting
chance, slim though it may be, of finding themselves on the other side
of the planet.

It seems the pickup players on continuum have already learned the lack
of randomness of orbit entry; I see them firing on the side of the
planet that the taker has approached from consistently now; previously I
used to see good spreads.
