No, I haven't touched solicit.c, so I'm sure it's sending from the
wrong IP address.  I'm pretty clueless when it comes to network
programming, and I don't have the time right now to figure it out.

I would like to get hockey on the metaserver as fast as possible;
hockey is pretty much dead without it.
