That is impractical to implement at this time.  The score file
for the players and the shared memory structures are dependent on
whether LTD stats are compiled in.

However, if LTD stats becomes the norm, I guess it depends on whether
the LTD_PER_RACE define can be made a .sysdef option.  Dave would have
to comment on that.
