[VANILLA-L] geno hours and no geno hours

This is possible a feature request ;)

Anything in the server to allow for "no geno timer" hours. Say, like at 6pm
every night the server reset into a "no geno timer" mode where as the
quoted text says. There is not geno timer. Then around 9am the server
would reset into "geno timer" hours.

This gives the flexibility(?) to practice genos, but still keeps the
less expirenced players coming to your server and learning.
