[VANILLA-L:782] Reserving

I am now the most hated person in netrek :-P Looks like Real Time's
INL server is a prime place for practice games this INL season and of
course the worse has happened. 3 teams have scheduled to use RT's INL
server on the same day at the approximately the same time.

Who gets blamed for this? Of course me. :-|

So, any ideas or suggestions on how to make this reserving thing
automatic? So, I don't have to get flamed?
