Ultrix/DUnix, actually.

I suspect that the key to this one is just steppting through ntserv with
a debugger.  It's probobly some difference between a real strstr() (or
regexp, forget which one gets used here) call and the one in Solaris.
Watching what gets passed to what comparison routine and what gets
returned will solve the mystery.
