So I do not have to go through the code, can someone give me the
format for the "bad" list for the metaserver?

Also, anyone else getting this:

35c89f6a: usock: updated by whitestar.advantest.com (192.84.20.10)

This whitestar server is hitting my metaserver over 2 minutes with
exactly 4 requests.
