Unknown, presumed incomplete.  No patches have been issued since you

Sure, I have some time to devote to this, but I still don't know what is
wrong with what we have already.   I need someone to tell me, in detail,
what the INL server does that the Vanilla server INL robot does not,
before I can have any hope of fixing it.

I have not seen those patches.  If they are posted here, I will apply
them to the code.  The code is also available by CVS to ease patch
generation, and those who will be working on the server will be given a
username and password on the CVS server ... though we may have to wait
for Bob Tanner to return.  ;-)
