Yes, I agree.  I was thinking about that while I was driving to my farm.
I think the way to go is to set dates in the future for certain needed
global changes, such as ANSI prototypes, or structure name changes.  So
I suggest the developers who do wish to do the large changes set a date
at least three weeks in the future and announce it so that we all get
our changes into CVS before the major changes are done.

Bob!  You awake?  If no answer from Bob on this, send me the .tar.gz and
tell me how to create a branch.  I haven't figured out how yet.

What have you got on the INL stuff, Dave, now that I've volunteered to
help Tom again?
