I agree.  I'd like to see this coded and implemented on guinness and
continuum to replace the clue check that is there now.  I'm afraid to
admit that we have a twink shortage, not a clue shortage.  Yes, clue
yell and scream and say nasty things to server admins, but I think we as
the "leaders" of Netrek have a duty to do the right thing regardless.

So Bob, if you get complaints about your server, you can throw them up
to the rest of us, because we are all responsible.  In the same way, we
are behind you as you run that server.

Busy rewriting newstartd now for SIGHUP support.
