[VANILLA-L:1320] INL Robot/installation issues



* The install.sh problem still exists; it is not found in the
subdirectories, and if you create a link to it, it tries to execute
stuff in the ntserv directory instead of installing.  Since I plan
to do a complete reinstallation every day this week, I would
appreciate it if someone would fix it.  I think a botched
install-by-hand may be one reason slots weren't free'ing.

* The INL_log which gets generated needs to have ship types, at least in
kill messages and preferrably also in beamup messages.  Otherwise there's
no reliable way to figure out who the starbase is or compute acc for
people picking in AS ships.

* We a log other than the INL_log for human readability.  Something like
the output of watchmes.  The INL_log has too much junk and doesn't have
the real output of RCD messages.

* At the end of a game, the INL_log and all game-specific files need
to be preserved with different filenames, so they don't get blown away
when the next game starts.  Previously this was done as filename.<pid>.

* Figuring out tac/tad/tab/acc from log parsing is FUCKING UGLY.  No wonder
Kurt's script left all that out.
