[VANILLA-L:1363] Significant problem

We now have ARMYTRACK messages which allow me to get the tad/tac
correctly for normal ships, AS'es (for acc) and SB's.  But the kill
messages still don't list ship type, at least not in the log generated
during Friday's test game.  That makes it unbearably difficult to 
separate the starbase kills/losses/dooshes from the normal ship ones.
Can we get the ship type in those messages?
