The INSTALL file says that "make install" will ask you for a directory
to install into.  It doesn't.  To change the default directory I had
to manaully type in "configure -v --prefix=/mydir/netrek".
"make install prefix=/mydir/netrek" wouldn't work.

I think the RESTART command should be high priority, instead of long
term.  I imagine at least once a season somebody screws up the game
parameters and needs to restart the game.
