metaserver dns aliases

Actually, come to think of it, the naming is inconsistent.

I think metaserver.netrek.org should list all of them.
I think metaserver.us.netrek.org should list Carlos and Bob.
I think metaserver1.us.netrek.org should be Bob.
I think metaserver2.us.netrek.org should be Carlos (as it is).

Yes, there is a risk then that US clients will contact Frank's
metaserver unnecessarily.  Hmm.
