Don't you have physical access to the DNS server?

I do not want to sound critical, but could me move the netrek.org SOA to Real
Time?

As an ISP, our DNS servers must be up and running 24x7. I have network and
physical access to the machines 24x7. There is a staff of people who admin
these servers. These machines are monitored 24x7 and if there is any problem a
page is sent out 5 mins after a problem is detected.

Netrek.org would have the beniefits of these services.

You have done a good job with netrek.org, but machine is still down and the
zone has expired. Moving the domain to Real Time would give a higher
availability.

Let me know. Thanks.
