I wouldn't have signed it either, it basicly says:

1. Arnan owns the equipment, no matter what

2. Gopher Amateur Radio Club is responsible for keeping the equipment in
working, insured, and in good condition, no matter what. (including 
repair costs if it fails)

3. Arnan can take it back whenever they want to

4. If God decides that he doesn't like the equipment, and lightning strikes,
GARC is responsible for replacing it, out of their own pockets.


Unfortunately this sounds like Arnan is interested in getting a wireless
unit on Moos for their own business reasons, and want the GARC to maintain/
repair it as needed, out of their own pockets. 

Why pay for tower space on Moos when you can (try to) get the radio club
to put it there, maintain it, and upgrade it for a one-time cost of 
equipment?
