maybe you have entered a phone number for trunk 2,
and no number for trunk 1? or the wrong numbers?

setting up trunk groups may solve this also,
group 9-> trunk 1  and  group 8 -> trunk 2
then any DBA calls in group 9 can only add other channels from group 9.
