Shiva's Access manager (SAM) has everything you want.  It can write logs 
and accounting information to an ODBC (Access) database.  It proxies to 
other directory structures such as NT and NDS and more.  SAM also supports 
all Ascend accounting attributes.

We use it and it works well on NT.  Shiva support leaves room for 
improvement and installation/initial configuration is not all that 
intuitive but it is a good product.

I'm looking for a radiusserver on windows nt with an odbc interface to
MS Access. Any recommendations ?
It should work with a Max 4000 and with gear from Bay Networks.
