(ASCEND) Quick disconnect issue on MAX 4000
BTW, thanks for all who lend your assistance to this list. We who lurk and
gain information REALLY appreciate it.
I have a MAX 4000 with two 56k cards. I have one PRI supporting those two
cards. I am running 5.0Ap27.
The problem is, when I have about 10-15 users connected, everything is
great. But, when the unit is nearing it's max dialup load, when users dial
in, they are authenticated and can transfer data for about 30 sec. and they
are disconnected. Even if there is data being transfered, it still
disconnects.
I have checked all the settings I know about in regards to Idle timeout,
Max call duration, etc. and I can't find anything that might contribute to
this problem.
Is their some sort of debug I can run to see the exact cause of
disconnection? Is their a known issue regarding this? Or should I just
upgrade to 5.0Ap33? The version we run on another MAXEN without the first
problem, whatsoever.
