This is the FILE version, not the WINSOCK version... There's a
difference... If you open a program, like pIRCh, for example, you'll see
in it's initialization the version of winsock. Computers with Win95 OSR1/2
come with Winsock 2.0, and computers with Memphis or MSDUN 1.2 come with
Winsock 2.1.
