Actually, as far as I know, no Windows 95 version comes with Winsock 2.0.
You have to download and install this from MS's site. Is this a definite
problem with 6.1.0?
The only reason a user would install Winsock 2.0 as far as I know would be
to get the capability to 'nuke' on IRC. I've never seen another reason to
install it.
