(ASCEND) More problems with 6.1

Tonight I tried to log into one of my boxes running 6.1, and as soon 
as I entered in the telnet password it would terminate the telnet
connection. it was wierd. Finally I was able to get into the box to
find these error messages.. 



termCreateFnc: failed to create keyboardTask for B05FCCA0.

_termCreateFnc: failed to create keyboardTask for B05F68E0.
_termCreateFnc: failed to create keyboardTask for B0607BE0.
----- data lost -----
_termCreateFnc: failed to create keyboardTask for B05F68E0.
----- data lost -----
_termCreateFnc: failed to create keyboardTask for B05FBAE0.
----- data lost -----
_termCreateFnc: failed to create keyboardTask for B06035C0.
----- data lost -----
_termCreateFnc: failed to create keyboardTask for B05FE3C0.


Also I'm getting these:
