I don't think beleive so.  The RFC doesn't specify that there can be
multiple entries (although it doesn't necessarily preclude it either). One
way you could do something like this is to have a proxy radius setup.
Ascend(commercial)/Merit both have dnis proxy capability which would
amount to a two step authentication process.  Several other vendors also
have this capability, but I don't think any of them are free.
