(ASCEND) Fatal errors from 6.1.0 on 4004's

Friday afternoon being of an adventerous mind we loaded 6.1.0 on several
Maxen, and it worked, rather well in fact, until 4am this morning when I got
the following:

So now I'm tossing around the idea of dumping 6.1.0 and figuring out how to
explain to cutomers that "no, Ascend still doesn't have a working v.90
implementation, sorry". Add to which I've not the foggiest what a Fatal
Error 29 is. I spent some time wandering around the list archives this
morning and it seems every time someone asks .. there's no answer.
