(ASCEND) RELEASE 2.0.8 for MAX TNT and DSL TNT
Release 2.0.8 for the MAX TNT and DSL TNT has been given to Customer Support.
Enhancements in 2.0.8:
* Multichannel ATMP support
* Configurable AT answer string for incoming modem calls
* Configurable modem dialout timer
* Configurable Rlogin source port range
Corrections in 2.0.8:
TR 2441 RADIUS Accounting On/Off packets did not adhere to the RFC.
TR 2900 PPP frames were sometimes split across two TCP segments.
TR 3156 Rlogin source port allocation was incompatible with BSD Rlogin.
TR 3191 Frame Relay PVC could become inactive under heavy load.
TR 3237 S7 register could not be configured for incoming modem calls.
TR 3274 TS Idle timer did not work for Immediate Rlogin and Immediate
Telnet sessions.
TR 3360 RADIUS Accounting did not work for Immediate modem dialout
sessions.
TR 3207 RIP updates did not include routes for summarized pools.
TR 3383 MAX TNT returned a Password Updated message inappropriately.
TR 250155 ATMP did not allow two Mobile Clients with the same IP address.
TR 250184 External-Auth profile did not allow null Acct-Key and Auth-Key.
TR 250229 MAX TNT stopped routing to v.110 channels after 60 calls.
TR 250241 DNIS did not always work on a DASS-2 line.
* Values for Acct-Status-Type missing from RADIUS dictionary
* Frame Relay DLCIs were not brought up or reported immediately.
* HDLC card reset after deletion of a Frame Relay PVC segment.
* FE-1 following OSPF Database command.
* RIP did not send an update after accepting a PPP call.
* Cellular modem support did not work properly.
* FE 8 and FE 2 with immediate modem and immediate Telnet sessions.
* Intermittent ADSL-CAP and SDSL system startup problem.
* SWAN card began dropping packets under heavy load conditions.
* Occasionally the MAX TNT did not dial out via Ping or TNTcall.
* With numbered interfaces, Ping returned the system address, not the
local address.
* Radius Accounting-Start packet were not sent to the RADIUS server.
* System did not forward directed broadcast traffic from dialup connections.
