(ASCEND) finger from the modem pool
I just noticed that I can't finger our maxen from the
modem pools. It works fine from the local ethernet
segment. I have not put any special filters on the Max;
so, I must conclude that this is a feature and not a
bug? Hey, maybe now would be a good time to re-read
the all of release notes for the software I installed
on our core equipment, eh? (I certainly don't remember
seeing anything stating this when I skimmed over the
documentation the first time).
