 I've been getting LOTS of reports from people that are coming into our
4048 reporting "compatible set of protocols not found".. Went to Term Mode,
did "sh pools" and with 22 people online, 44 of 48 Address's already
assigned.  Reboot seems to be the only way to resolve.

  Is there anyway (besides reboot) to resolve this problem?
