K56 speeds are (32 + n*2)K like:
  32000, 34000 ... 48000, 50000, 52000, 54000, 56000.

V90 speeds are (28 + n*1.333..)K like:
  28000, 29333 ... 48000, 49.333, 50667, 52000, 53333, 54667, 56000

So some rates will coincide with both protocols.
