(ASCEND) P75, NAT, and NetMeeting

I saw a note a while back that described problems people were having using NetMeeting with a P75 and NAT. Did anyone come up with a workaround? Is this a permanent problem (in which case I seek another solution) or is this something that could be fixed? 

Can anyone describe *why* this is not working? That would help me figure out what parts of the chain to attack. 

Also, when I use NetMeeting and place a call to someone else, their "current call" window shows *two* of me. Is that related?
