(ASCEND) T1 issue.

I have a T1 between two TNTs in two cities. Its fine as far as the telco
is concerned and we have also tried changing pairs. I am seeing large
packet loss and the t1-stats in the t1 card show me line code violations
when the t1 sees traffic. This almost appears to be a timing issue except
the telco will see slips on the line for that. Any thoughts on whats going
on? Thanks for the time.
