Hi,
Mike, when you check the fatal history log, does it give you any
codes as to why it reset? If it doesn't its the same problem we had, we
ended up having to RMA 2 of the boxes and Ascend in Melbourne were
helpful, we ended getting a box, that hasn't reset since we got it, they
didn't tell me what was wrong, but suspected a hardware conflict of
somesort.
