(ASCEND) P50/400B Conn Prob

We have a remote ethernet network attached to us via a P50 (4.4B).

We have a 400B (4.4B) at our end.

This setup has worked almost flawlessly for about 3 years. 

Suddenly, they are having daily intermittant loss of connectivity with
our network. First with Internet traffic and then with local traffic to
our network. The only way to get things back-up is to reset the 400B.

We have had the BRI tested and B/A has found no problems.

They are setup as a separate subnetwork (151.161.63.x) routed to our
subnetwork (151.161.16.x).

No changes have been made to the Ascend routers nor the local/remote
networks.

Any help with this problem will be appreciated.
