(ASCEND) 6.0.0 filenames and dialout etc

For those playing with 6.0.0 (OK playing is a bit frivolous, but what the
hell):

The file name conventions are explained in the release notes - but I agree
that they should have made it into the README file. The process of upgrade
is not that trivial, so maybe more than a README file was though necessary.

Meanwhile, on the "missing" binaries side, I have found that the
non-prefixed files are in fact the MaxDial ones. If you need outdial support
on your (hashcoded of course) E1 MAX4000, try eim.m40 - it worked for me. I
do not know if this binary can be directly loaded onto a 5.X system or if
you have to go through the restricted load -> full load process first, since
I tried it ontop of a 6.0b4 system.
