(ASCEND) Analog Modem Problems

Hi,

I have tested this with 7.0.4 and 7.2.0 on a MAX 2012.

My problem is that sometimes the analog ports on the Max are shown 
free on the console, but if I query the ports per SNMP I get BUSY. 
That's not so bad, but the analog Modem Users are also get BUSY ?! 
After an restart all seems to be good - for one or two days.

Any hint ?
