RE: (ASCEND) RADIUS logging "Framed-IP-Address = 0.0.0.0" for MP calls

Chris,

After working at great length with Ascend on our problem with this, the
following may or may not apply to you.

For IP addresses that are statically assigned via RADIUS you will get the IP
address in both start and stop records for all the channels in a MPP bundle.

For IP addresses assigned from a pool via RADIUS you will get the IP address
record in the start and stop record for the primary channel only(the stop
record for this may also come out 0.0.0.0).  The additional channels will
have 0.0.0.0 logged.

I didn't like this, but we are forced to learn to cope with if for now.
Using Grep through the accounting files, this appeared to be the case.

I am using a TNT running 7.2.0.  For the second channel on an MP call,
it logs "Framed-IP-Address = 0.0.0.0" to RADIUS accounting in both Start
and Stop records, which is useless.  Is there any way to make it log the
actual IP address instead?
