I think I don't understand you problem completely.

But any way maybe this may help you out.

The soft-ip address is the system address (like a loopback addres)

When you turn on OSPF on an interface this soft-ipaddress will be
advertised via that link.
With 2 interfaces both using OSPF routing the soft-ip address will be
advertised over both links.
