(ASCEND) Quiescing and Maintenance

I'm attempting to test hunting through a series of CT1's on a pair of max 
6000's.  I had a call on the first CT1 and I "quiesced" that CT1.  When the 
call disconnected, that channel of the CT1 now shows "m" and I can't get 
rid of it.  I've tried disabling the CT1, disabling the channel, etc., to 
no avail.  Is this what quiescing a T1 is used for?
