(ASCEND) time-outs on a Max 4000

Hello,


In our company we have one Ascend Max 4000, running 6.1.24 software, two 12
port 33k6 modems and routing the IP and IPX protocol. When I constantly
ping to my Max I get for some reason frequently (about every 10 to 20
replies) one or more time-outs. It's not a network problem because when I
ping to another device in the same network as the Max I never get any time
outs.

Does anyone off you had this problem before?? We have some Winframe users
connected to the Max and they are getting crazy about these "hik-ups" in
the line.
