(ASCEND) Pipe75 / SecureConnect - how to debug Firewall?

I'm trying to configure a Secure Connect firewall on a Pipe75 - mechanics of defining a firewall and sending to the pipe are fine - but the firewall's behavior is not. 

It looks like one debugs these via the FWALLdblog diagnostic command on the Pipe, but I'm obviously missing something - can't seem turn this on.  I don't see any doc on the command anywhere, would appreciate a pointer if you know where it can be found.
