(ASCEND) Max4000 tacacs+ setup

My billing server is old , that is using tacacs+ for cisco2511.
But now i have buy a Max4000, when i setup auth... and accouting... to
tacacs+
it doesn't work.
Terminal tell me 'bad password'.
what the matter.Is there any other paremeter to set.
