 Thanks !   The max6k 128k problem was solved.   
 But I have a new 128k MP problem. :(

 I tried to connect TNT with 128k using above config,  But the ISDN link always 64k MP , so I used pppif  command in hdlc slot.
 It looked like another channel did not dial-in to TNT ?  Config issue ?
