ok..
Actually  the T1 line is in live ... and when I try to dial the number
(under win95 for example)
I can see in the status window that the call is connected , assigned to port
and directly disconnected ..

I use a RADIUS server (with emerald) to authorize incoming call ...

This will happen if it is provisioned differently that you have it set for

ie_ if you have it EFS, and they have it AMI etc.
