Like Scott said, use the Frameline card. Otherwise you're uselessly
paying for technology that was designed to terminate 24 different
sessions on the same T1 instead of just 1.

My opinion is to use Frame Relay. On leased circuits the extra
functionality provided by PPP (dynamic IP addressing and authentication)
is not needed, so PPP has no advantage. Frame Relay provided the ability
to have multiple virtual circuits over the same physical circuit (without
extra overhead of course). You may not needs this, but it doesn't hurt!
