(ASCEND) Pause during browsing

We have MaxTNT's with 7.2.3 version loaded.

Many of our users are complaining about the about the intermittent pause 
during the browsing.
It has been found that pause is not received for all user simultaneously. 
Whereas some users had complained that they waited for  about 20 minutes 
before disconnecting and thereafter when connection was made  the user was 
able to browse without any problem.

So there are two types of pause : 1) Short Pause
                                  2) Long Pause

Also it is difficult to find the particular user who is facing the problem 
since the problem is not consistent, sometimes the user faces the problem 
whereas sometimes not.

We even found that during the period when user is going through pause phase, 
nor the user or the TNT are able to ping each other.

Is this the problem that we are only facing or this is the common problem. 
It would be helpful if anybody knows the possible solution.
