ISDN CC 16 indicates that the call was cleared normally. You need to find 
out what happened at the PPP and IP layers. What is the disconnect code 
reported by the pipeline? (check the log window or use a syslog server).

Try turning on some PPP debug on the pipeline to get more information. Try 
pppif and pppstate for the PPP stuff, and napt, natlan or nattoggle for the 
NAT part.

Hopefully one of these may give you more information.
