Hi,

Why don't you try using Ascend-IP-Direct = <IP_of_transparent_cache> in the 
RADIUS profiles you want to be filtered? This would make the MAX forward 
_ALL_ traffic to the transparent cache machine (not route it directly to 
its upstream router) and thus you'll be able to filter out what needs to be 
filtered.
