(ASCEND) Max 6096 giving busy but not full



We had a similar problem once before with a card going offline due to too
many 'bad' calls. If a card receives too many bad calls it can deactivate
that modem, when too many modems are considered bad the card goes offline. I
might suggest checking your syslogs to see if one of your modem cards
decided to deactivate itself.
